Wells Fargo Financial Advisor Mahmoud Elawadi Was Terminated by Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC in Orlando Florida in January of 2026

Attorneys at Colling Gilbert Wright, PLLC, are investigating claims that Mahmoud Elawadi (Mr. Elawadi) solicited investments in one or more of his privately held companies, including MMMH Trading LLC in Orlando, Fl and Mount Sinai Wealth Management.
 
According to FINRA BrokerCheck (CRD # 5319152), Wells Fargo terminated Mr. Elawadi, stating, “the Firm is investigating allegations that the Registered Representative solicited and facilitated client investment in his outside business activity.”  Under FINRA and broker-dealer guidelines, registered representatives are required to disclose all outside businesses they operate and must have authorization from their firm for every investment they offer to clients.
 
Mr. Elawadi was licensed with Wells Fargo from February 2019 to January 2026 and employed in the firm’s Orlando Office. He was previously employed by Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Morgan Keegan, beginning in 2007 when he entered the securities industry.
