The customer complaints include allegations of unsuitability in the recommendation and sale of alternative investments including Direct Private Placements (DDP), Limited Partnership interests (LP), Promissory Notes and Tenants in Common real estate investments (TIC). Many of these disputes resulted in settlement compensation paid to the former clients of Mr.Gordon and his former firm ICC.
